Hi, I’m Dilyana, founder of The Regulated Parent — and a mom who’s been exactly where you are.

I’ve lived that too.

Before becoming a parent coach, I spent over eight years leading operations teams, designing systems, and bringing order to chaos.

When my own child’s big emotions began to run the show, I realized those same principles — structure, clarity, and consistency — could heal homes, not just companies.

So I dove headfirst into ADHD, nervous-system regulation, and the science of connection.
I read the books, tried the charts, made the schedules — and still felt like I was failing.

What finally changed everything wasn’t perfection;
it was learning to regulate myself first.

Once I stopped trying to control every behavior and started calming my own body, everything shifted.
Our home got quieter.
Our connection got stronger.

That’s how The Regulated Parent was born — out of real life, not a textbook.

Today, I help parents of ADHD and neurodivergent kids build calm, structure, and confidence at home — without guilt, shame, or power struggles.

My approach blends neuroscience with heart: practical tools you can actually use, and compassionate coaching that meets you where you are.

Together, we’ll design systems that fit your family, reframe behavior through a nervous-system lens, and create space for joy again.
